Yep, I do that with this game and a whole bunch of others. I find it's the best way to keep track - well, I keep an actual track of it on a spreadsheet, because I'm a bit of a spreadsheet nerd, but this is the best way to get the info in the first place...

Sure, the update (in a vacuum) is a great one: the wife is still beyond sexy (and one of the more unique models), and the situations she finds herself is, as always, plenty erotic.

Worth it? Depends on how much you value $5...
The update is good. Pretty much on par with .85, better in some ways, a little less so in others.
You can infer some context from recent comments/spoilers.
However, if $5 is going to blow your monthly entertainment budget (which I totally understand, been there, done that and I can't afford a sub to every VN I like either so I can get the update "early"), just have to increase your patience attribute and wait until the dev posts it next week...for free...

I haven't seen the update yet, but based on the previous version, the MC didn't feel conflicted too much to her lewd behavior. NTR isn't so much about the visuals as it is about the dialogues and the emotional context behind them, many fail to deliver it.

No, NTR is about the FMC cheating & developing an emotional relationship with her lover. Julia is now clearly excited and enjoys sex with Marcus, so much so that she doesn’t even feel that much guilty anymore (notice how non-chalantly she lies to MC about “just going to sleep”?).
However, NTR’s crucial aspect is how the MC responds to this: his turmoil & despair at how things got this point, maybe even blaming himself for ending up cucked. MC didn’t even get a single line acknowledging that his wife is blatantly cheating on him - when we know he’s not okay with such practice (he had a fetish about sharing/cucking, not cheating).
Whatever the ending may be in store for the NTR path (bad/good end), that inner turmoil needs to happen.
